There was a mis-communication with the computer, so the return of the computer to my shop was delayed. Hopefully I will get the car friday, sounds more like saturday though :(

You knew what you were getting into before you signed up. Mach Performance wasn't speaking another language when they told you in black and white that there would be no refund if a kit was made. The kit is made and it works. Now whether it meets your almighty mechanical engineering standards is not their problem. If you wanted it built a certain way, then you should have started this project. You should have built it. Did you ever take the time to give input about the design? Yet now you are saying that it doesn't meet your design standards? I bet you are the type of person that wants a refund for a bagel because its not perfectly round because it didn't meet your engineering specs.
As far as Mach Peformance's new customers...they are their customers. It isn't Mach's responsibility to sell your spot. You bought it, you have to sell it. Sorry if you don't like hearing my opinion. You're the one who is ranting. You see if Bill had refunded my money I would still do future business with him, like get my PCM recalibrated, but now no. In business it's not about getting customers, it's about keeping them and Mach has lost me, and anyone I talk to.
I think the way this has been handled has been lousy. Mach has refunded other Beta deposits.

yah about those pics of the instals....... Do any of the beta testers have any to post? Or dyno results, thats the way to tell if this product and the company are @#$&.A good friend will come bail you out of jail. I should be getting the car back late Saturday or Sunday morning.
As soon as I get done driving it around for a long time I will make a very thorough post describing everything including pictures of the install.
The dyno numbers will hopefully come either next monday or wednesday. They will also be posted as soon as I get them.

Hope you read the entire thread before you posted after getting back from your vacation cause the guys have their kits so where is the bad customer service? Did you see the comments from me posting about talking to his dad and asking if they have been in communication? Have you seen the post from him saying that he is happy and sorry about worrying?
Dude, i am glad you were sticking up for me way back then, but you came out and said stuff as if you knew about everything that was going on. Everything that happens behind the scenes is not posted and you shouldn't jump down my throat from a couple of posts.
As far as loosing customers, if your going to be mad at me and Mach Peformance for getting out beta kits out when it was ready instead of when it was not, then there is nothing i can do.
Your talking as if every 3.8 fbody customer reads this board and that every fbody owner is going to be mad at a company for being late on a beta kit. AGAIN ... its B E T A.... not final realse product. Now.... when you... the customer (not the beta tester) is ready to order (yeah i know you may not order) the kits will be turned around in 2 weeks. Why? I must say I have tried to get more information from Mach perfomance about the supercharger, I inquired twice and its been about a week it think since the first request. very very sad :(
Its like I have to beg them to let me be a customer. Ya thats all I have to say. Maybe Rksport is more proffessional and responsive.
