      So that's what you honestly believe customer service is?? Even if you made poor contact, and took years to get out the kits, as long as they get them in the end, your customer service was great? You need to go back to business school and learn some more about what customer service actually is.

        and im sure once redaudiomobile gets his dyno results, along with ironman.. you guys will be oooing and awwwing... just hopping on the god damn bandwaggon like most people do..

        edit: Now that i think of it.. all you guys are so damn ungrateful... Batman should be greatly appreciated around these boards and throughout the whole v6 fbody community. He has gone through SO MUCH trouble just so you guys can have more fun with your cars. yes, it has taken a long time.. but wouldnt you rather it take a year or two..then to have it never happen?! he even sacrificed his wife to get this kit into production. so what there are confusions with customer service.. its a family owned business where the owners actually do work.. with im sure no more than 3 or 4 extra employees helping out.

        also, you know whats funny is that its only those of you who dont even have the kit who are *****'n and complaining.. i havent heard hardly any complaints out of redaudiomobile, or anyone else who actually took the risk and responsibility to help get this kit into the mass production stage.

          Again your missing the point... its not customer serivce, ITS BETA SERVICE... and they - the beta testers are part of playing a role in providing service when the time comes to replease the product. They went through the wait and the tough time getting this kit so the process will be worked out and much less painless for the actual customers when the kit is released.

            Give me a call 586-855-3378 and i promise they will get in touch with you. They don't read this board because of all the flames and at this point they are just waiting for results from the beta testers before they send any more kits out. If you want to be a beta tester spot quicker, Rob Cornell is trying to sell his spot. Get in touch with him. IF you have questions, i am sure i can answer them.

            We don't have a financing program. Please keep in mind once the kit is proven and endorced that the current price of 4195 (pcm tuning is 400-500 extra) can not be garanteed.

              • I pray for anyone who wishes to purchase a "returned" beta tester spot at this point. You are taking your chances. Maybe some of you who are truly interested should wait until you actually see the product work on someone else's car. This thread has gone on long enough.
