  • Bosch BOV?

    Whats the specs on the Bosch BOV's you guys are running? Like ID size and what not? Is there a part number or site with the Bosch you guys use?

    I spoke with the folks at superchargersonline.com and they dont recommed the Bosch part for us because of the displacement. It's good for smaller motors, but not ours and will probably not last long. The diaphragm will probably tear. They recommeded that I use the Vortech Race bypass valve.
    180 Thermo, K&N Filter, Transgo stage 2, Pacesetters, Magnaflow cat, Flowmaster Catback, 3.42 LSD, Hotchkis LCA/Panhard, Bilstein, Eibach Pro, 1LE bars, SP crossdrilled/slotted rotors.<br /><br />Vortech Project 1.0 failed.<br />Vortech Project 2.0 in the works

      ****, Ive been using the bosch for over a year, used it on the 3.8 and Lt1 turbos too, all without problems....

      btw its ine inch inlet and oulet.

        i'm running one on my supra and i love it. they have been known to hold over 375rwhp. for 30 bucks you can't beat it/

          I got mine from ebay for $20. I bought the tubes at Homedepot and all. I got the PD off and pipes. Tomorrow I'm going to the shop to have a hole made on it. On the other tube instead of return it to the inlet, I'll let it bleed off to the atmosphere.
