yes it will work with the heads and cam and headers. The Y pipe will need to be changed for the headers like I said before. It woudl work great with heads and cam, just make sure you get a turbo friendly cam ;)

I wanna see some turbo 3.8's that can do low 13's/high 12's at least. Then I'll gladly pay the $3500 for this kit.Black \'97 Camaro w/ CAI, catback

I have a few questions for you...
1. How much is the kit
2. What are the dyno numbers and what boost, on pump gas...what is the realistic gains. No High boost, Race gas and CO2 on the I/C
3. do you have a print out of dyno sheets with HP/TQ and A/F Ratio
4. If this is for stock engine how do I know it won't blow my engine up?
5. what type of warranty and for how long
6. what does your fuel system consist of? fuel pump, FMU(what ratio)
7. what size intercooler and how does it mount ?
Thanks

Yea I didn't read the posts before mine, here's some more questions I have for you:
- do I have to cut up my car for turbo install?
- Will I have computer problems? Is a reprogram mandatory. Why or Why Not?
- Are your I/C pipes powdercoated or plain steel that will rust?
- how does you turbo kit hook up and will the exhaust parts be ceramic coated? just curious don't want the **** to rust out cause it's $3500
- Is this a closed exhaust setup or does the wastegate dump into the air
- Is this kit emissions legal
- Is this a home-build or is a business producing this kit that I can check into before shelling out $$$ to someone
- what ply silicon hoses...thick 5 ply or the el-cheapo 2 ply.
- what type of instructions are you providing
- what type of hose clamps are you providing? Cheap ones from home depot or t-clamps?
Thanks
Oh yea and so does that mean you give no warranty at all?

Now for the options. You can upgrade to any size turbo, any aftermarket blow off valve, any aftermarket wastegate, and any aftermarket boost controllers you want. We will just add the price to the cost of the total basic kit. You will have to let me know if you would like any upgrades. We can offer anything you might need so just let me know.

OK for my next question, have you actually tried a bigger turbo yet on your car? Or would whoever buys the upgraded versions be a gunnie pig? Also, if you have tried a bigger turbo, what kind of air flow numbers does it produce and what was the horsepower increase? Sorry for all the questions, I just don't want to spend the money before I know the R & D has been done.

there will be a small cut that has to be made on teh bottom of the front clip to expose the intercooler, its nothing major, you can't even see it unless u are under the car. You can't see the intercooler unless you are under the car.
no computer programming needed. if you want it, go for it, Im sure it doesn't hurt.
they are all aluminized steel pipes, Ive had them on all my prototype cars for over a year without any rust. However the production pieces will be painted anyway just for asthetics, so even better for you guys.
it will be a closed exaust setup, run a cutout to increase spool times and hp/tq.
emissions legal? you gotta be ****tin me. you wwant emissions legal, put a air filter on your car and a muffler and call it a day. It should pass the sniffer, but visual will be iffy, not sure on that, each place has their own standards.
the prototypes were home built, however the production piping will be done by a business, parts and etc will all be brand name.
the silicone connectors Im not sure on the ply, too long ago. Just normal clamps, no need for 5 dollar each clamps. I made 336rwhp and 397 rwtq on whatever clamps and connectors I have and thats what will go on the kits.
I am putting together a little set of instructions myself, with pictures, etc. I will also be providing tech assistance to who needs it.

not yet, working on it though, on my dyno my current turbo was maxed out, Im not runnning the turbo that is offered in the kit, the kit one is capable of more. But if someone wants to go even further up in hp they will have to upgrade turbos. Depends what you are aiming for.

I looked but I am not sure I saw the answer, so if it was already answered -- sorry about that.
Are you going to be willing to sell the piping without anything else?Mustangs.. Come to the darkside...

The dark side is the path to the shadow of greed. =D
