So as was asked about is it a closed or open exhaust setup- + Im kinda interested in general: Ive got RKsport headers and the passenger side header goes all the way to the cat- I would imagine that the header itself would have to be cut back for a pipe setup to work am I wrong?

the turbo kit will be a closed exhaust setup in general. the turbo will be placed before the cat for maximum use of the heat energy from the engine. it's designed so that u could have an open or closed setup if u really wanted.2001 Arctic White Firebird
More mods than I\'m allowed to list!

if you guys want to run higher boost without problems you may want to put some money into your engine such as pistons(a must), push rods(a must)
clevite 77 Bearings, and MLS head gaskets, felpro intake and oil gaskets as well, oil cooler and a better oil flow method.
This will probably run you around $1500 all together if you can do it yourself, but its a wise investment. you could run 12-14 psi all day and match some grand national times

Push rods have absolutly nothing to do with boost. Connecting rods on the other hand might be useful. ;)

Tiago: With stock internals what's the highest boost level you would recommend on the 3.4 cars. You know, for race day 1994 Chevrolet Camaro 3.4L A4 (160hp 200tq)
2006 Nissan 350Z 3.5L M6 (300hp 260tq)

The point is that there is no point in pushrods when you are speaking of boost, but if you want to run high boost adventually you are going to need to go with fortified internals, or take the cheap route and but the L67 internal, then you can run like 13 all day without any problems. By the way i will by this turbo as soon as i have the money for it, i only have 2,500 as we speak.2002 M5 camaro- VTR CAI, custom cat-back exhaust, battery compacitor, pullie, lowering springs, 32mm sway bar, cross-drilled slotted rotars. 1-10\" L7 in cubby.

So i have question on the turbo size. I used to be a rycer and this is how we did the sizing just makind sure it is the same.
-hybrid To4E 60-1 turbo
The o4 actually means 40 and makes it a 40/60 hybrid which means it is a 50 and add the one means it is a T51 right? or does the o4 just refer to the metal that it is made or which means that it is just a T60? Cause in ryce world To3/o4 means 30/40 so it is a T35.
By the way i have read the board for a while now and i am just starting to post. I used to be a rycer and still work on them, so if anyone has any questions on rycers and what they are and arnt capible of just ask me, i am pretty smart about them. But American is the way to go for sure.2002 M5 camaro- VTR CAI, custom cat-back exhaust, battery compacitor, pullie, lowering springs, 32mm sway bar, cross-drilled slotted rotars. 1-10\" L7 in cubby.

these motors actually take boost quite well. I don't see 12 psi being a problem with good gas. My stock motor has seen 20 psi. ;)

The turbo is a T60 if you want to think of it like that.

I doubt any stock motor will handle 20 psi if you hold it. Sorry but I am going to call on that one. 12 psi maybe with higher octane gas.
