Where would the intercooler go on a '02 firebird in order to get enough air to it? certainly not a top mount right? would i have to cut out my little birdie in the front? i dont wanna do that... Speed has the lt1 turbo. Not sure if the kit is in production or not though. If it isn't it won't be too long.2000 turbo/intercooled M5 Black Firebird
349.5hp and 415.3tq @ 4400rpms

ok, im not saying turbocharging the 3.8 and 3.4 is stupid, what im saying is a v6 is not fun for me, my idea of a fun car is a car that has full interior options and is very fast, people are already here claiming they will beat a modded v8 after they install the turbo kit. hmmm, let me tell you a story of a boy named dan, who had a 14 second supercharged 3.1 v6 cavilier, and still got smoked by v8's all night. when you got mustangs doing wheelies on the streets you tend to not want a v6 for racing them, yuo guys wont make more then 350 hp on a stock L36 without cuasing some damage. i repeat, the turbo 3.8 v6 is wonderful for daily driving, it would be a fun car to take on some mustangs and supras.
BTW milwaukee is not a farm, its a small crowded city with the population of about 1 and a half million people. half the city is minority's living is broken down houses the other half is rich people living in mansions. rest of wisconsin is nuthing but tree's. you can see where

Hey i put down 170hp on my Stock 97 firebird. If i do forged bottom end, heads, intake, cam and some exhaust work with the turbo i think we can get close to 350hp with some good tuning maybe even 400. I think thats pretty damn good for a v6 and pretty impressive too. from 170-400. all i have to say is DAMN!1997 Firebird M5
Bright Red
Mods: SLP Intake, Autometer A/F Gauge, Magnaflow CatBack Exhaust, BMR STB, Cragar SS rims W/ Nittos on front and BFG drags on back

Stock Dyno Numbers: 170hp and 210lbs TQ

Thats a lot of bench racing. Prove it. All this sounds good on paper but actually doing it is another thing. Tiago gets a lot of respect in my book because he actually got some very impressive numbers out of his 3.4 rather then just theorizing about it.
