  • My turbo exhaust manifolds *pics*

    Got one all welded and mostly grinded down smooth and the other is just mostly welded.....gotta love a Tig welder ;) used Weld Els and my flanges from my RK Sport headers....they are gonna look real pretty once they are jet hot coated. heres a pic...

    which way are they going to face? towards the front?

      they come to the front so i get as little lag as possible and each side meet a flange on each side so they come off and on easy and go into the turbo, so its 3 pieces.

        those look nice...however..when i do mine i'd like to try and make equal length primaries...good luck..keep us informed

          they should be equal lengths going into the turbo.

                    looks good- you running single turbo, right?

                    so then youll have those intital pices, another piece of each base that will meet into one tube, then into the turbo?

                      equal length primaries are definately worth power but on these type of cars w/very minimal space its difficult to build a set w/ equal lengths...

                            they are my RK Sport header flanges......i got the headers for 100 bucks and Im sure the flanges from somewhere would cost 50-70 so i just cut them off and used them.
