I thought that was schedule 40 pipe
This is what i would make my design with aswell, HOWEVER, they are heavy. Maybe since you have your design done you could take them to a shop that does mandrel bends and hve him make you the bends in stainless and when time comes you can get another set of flanges.. in my opinion the schedule 40 pipe is good for a 1st design but i wouldnt want to heat cycling for months on end. Nice looking work you did though!!!2002 Maple Red Firebird V6
3.73 w/ LSD | Pro-5.0 Shifter | Fan Switch | Tach w/ Shiftlite | Boost and Fuel Pressure Gauge | Bilstein Shocks & 1LE Springs | 1LE 32mm Bar & Poly Bushings, Poly Tranny Mount and Torque Arm Bushing | BMR LCA\'s | Catco 3\" Cat w/ Edlebrock 5509 Muffler, (all 3\") | Corbeau A4 Seats (Pair) |
http://forums.fakeleg.com
http://cv6.fakeleg.com - Part & Repair Manuals and write-ups.

ridgidity is worth the extra weight of a solid setup like shanes headers imho.
The weld els provide more resistance to saging if they ever get red hot.
I looked at shanes headers the other day, and they look great.
should be a nice setup when its done.
