I have read the board for a while now and i am just starting to post. I used to be a ricer and still work on them, so if anyone has any questions on ricers and what they are and arnt capible of just ask me, i am pretty smart about them. But American is the way to go for sure.

Actually i can answer that. It isnt that they actually think that there car has more horsepower but the think it is faster. It is like when you come out of rocky and think that you beat anyone up, or when ricers come out of fast and the furious and think they can race anyone. The stickers, although they look silly to us, give them more pride in their car, which makes them think that they are faster. Where are you at in Calif.?
I have nothing against imports. I met alot of them and they were nice, but alot jerks in the streets kinda ruin it for them. They need to act more responsibly when driving.
If you love your car and there are things out there you could do to it, then go for it. I'm always impress how exotic you could make a Honda Civic look. There are some that do go over board.

Hey, there is nothing wrong with having a rice rocket. I helped my friend put a bluebird SR20DET into his '91 Nissan Sentra SE-R, and let me tell you that even on only 8 psi on the stock T-25 that thing is a rocket. He ran a 14.2 @ 101 with 8 psi and fueling problems(very rich)!! If I weren't so stuck on GM I'd buy a Sentra and do the same thing!!
