I was wondering if I could ask you a favor?
I'm sending my 8 rib pulley that I bought from a powerdyne owner to my dad in Texas. Where he works, he said that his buddy might be able to smooth it out and put in the grooves. The 3M tape is working but I prefer something permanent, like yours.
I'm doing a schematic on how the grooves should be on the pulley. Well I was wondering if you could tell me how yours was done so that it is done right without the worry.
How wide are the grooves, is it 1/16th", 1/8th or 3/16"? How far apart are the grooves from each other? How deep are they? Are they in diagonal, going in a criss-cross fashion?
I'm shooting for 9psi. I'm getting all the stuff together for this. So far I have the valve cover breather, BOV, Boost a Pump and the high quality upgrade kit for Powerdyne ($130 from Powerhouse) just in case.
I'm still planning on buying the Pacesetter headers, Dayco belt, Air/Fuel ratio gauge, and getting my water/alcohol injection upgraded from SMC.
Once I have all these installed, I'm going for a dyno test. I think I can produce great numbers from these mods.
Then the heads and SLP rockers are next.
