thats a really vauge description of what you are asking. which would bring "better" power?
Just out of curiosity, do you understand how a supercharger and turbocharger system works? If you get an understanding of that, then I think you'll be able to figure out which will give you what kind of power you want, when you want it.99\' Black Camaro SS
M6/T-Tops - SLPLid w/K&N | Hurst Billet Plus w/ LSS | EGR Mod
Black 97\' Camaro T-Tops (RIP)

a turbo will bring the most avalivable power because it dosnt rob the engin of power as nearly as much as a supercharger does.
now you just have to find the right size turbo to make it work effectively. too small a turbo will porduce boost down low but will run out of its effeency range up top meaning you will have a torque beast off the line and it will fall on its nose up top. to big a turbo and you wont get all the power that you could make with turbo that is the proper size.
but basicly hands down a turbo will be faster espcially if you have an auto with a nice converter ohh yes mine will be wicked

on our cars, a centrifugal sc or a turbo would work best. turbo's will make the most power if set up right, are made w/ the right components and materials, and are big enough to prevent uneeded amounts of backpressure, but also is able to spool up fairly early.2001 Arctic White Firebird
More mods than I\'m allowed to list!

Ofcourse without a doubt, Turbo has more potential than a Supercharger. But it is also very hard to tune up. For some reason Turboes have been more popular for small displacement engine like 4 and 6 cylinders than big displacement V8's. I've seen a 455 TA with over 2000hp and a big root blower sticking out. It's a 6sec. Supercharged Gunhoo!!
