Hey I was installing the supercharger from RK sport and i am stuck on the FMU i can't get the return line apart but i can get the one beside it apart does anyone have any ideas before i take it to the GM dealership and have them take it apart

Feed, Return, EVAP. Make sure you use the exact right one, and the layout varies greatly from year to year.
Hit up a parts manual to see details. I wrote about this in my install thread when I put my FMU on.

um, the return line is 5/16. My disconnect too is not colored coded. It is just an X with 3/8 and 5/16 on either end.
push the two halves of the connection firmly together...wiggle connection a bit to make sure they are firmly together then slide the 5/16 end of disconect tool into the connection...wiggle if you have too. You should feel a slight pressure when the tool forces open the connection 'pressure tines'. while holding the disconnect tool in one hand pull the two lines apart with the other.
If the two halves of fuel connection are not firmly together before you use the tool the tool will not be able to reach the pressure tines.

lol^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^well i got it by wraping a piece of paper around the fuel then putting the disconnect tool on it and push. but now the crimped fitting on the male end of the FMU isnt allowing the two to be connected so can iI cut it off and use a hose clamp<a href=\"http://www.cardomain.com/profile/blackfbird_98\" target=\"_blank\">http://www.cardomain.com/profile/blackfbird_98</a>

um, this reply might be a little late...but...
If you have to cut High Pressure fuel injection lines and clamp them you must use Fuel injection approved clamps. They will be in the misc. sections of auto parts stores. range of sizes.
the fmu I got (stock/used) with powerdyne kit used 1/4" fuel lines. The male and female quick disconnect lines were not present. (dude still has them on his car I guess...?) Anyway, it is bad juju to force 5/16" quick fittings into the 1/4" lines but I had to do it that way or I would have to buy all new NPT fittings for connecting to the FMU itself...gets pricey. SO, the 1/4" hose will split and rip when you force the oversized fitting on the ends. Get some real HOT Soapy water. Soak the end of the fuel lines in the hot water to make then expand. the soap is a lubricant. Then put the fittings on.
If you have to fix/modify your fuel lines/FMU lines to get everything working I highly recommend that before you fire up the engine you clean off all the lines, put the key in run position so that the fuel pump turns on then get a light and look all around for fuel leaks. Then, the first time you run the engine under BOOST so that the FMU turns on...park the car and look at the lines again.
If you have to add/replace fuel lines always use high pressure fuel injection hose. It is pricey compared to normal fuel hose. about 6 bucks per foot most places.
