I ordered the 2.25" grooved pulley today, should receive it in 3 weeks. I also ordered a BOV. I searched around and I think I have found some ceramic bearings for the powerdyne. They make ceramic small and large bearings. I'm waiting for the company to email me back. Hopefully the powerdyne will hold up with the new pulley so I don't have to rebuild it. I'll find out in 3 weeks.

No rebuild yet. Going on almost 3 years and over 20,000 miles. Knock on wood. I think the PD will hold up , but just in case I would like to have the parts handy if I need them. I also bought a 102.5" belt to go along with the new pulley. I'll definately keep you guys updated.08' L76 6.0L 4X4 Chevy EXT.Cab LTZ Vortec MAX with Snug top cover, Dynomax exhaust,Hptuners& K&N intake

What is your fuel system like? Your sig says that your running rich? I see you have the walbro pump and hp tuners. What size injector are you running? Do you have an FMU? Are you planning on changing injectors with the new pulley?
I just installed my 2.75 and im trying to figure out how to set up my fuel system..1997 Supercharged Firebird<br />14.01@99.7mph 2.1 60ft.

I have a fmu with stock injectors. I was running rich non-intercooled on 8 psi. I since added a intercooler which dropped my boost to 6 psi. So with the smaller pulley it should put me back in the 8-9 psi intercooled. So I'm not gaining that much except for cooler air and running more timing. I have 36lb injectors I can put in , but I wanted to wait and see if I really need them. I also wanted to put the new pulley on and new bearings before going to the dyno. If your running a fmu you can also put a air valve in there to keep your fuel pressure down. The powerdyne fmu is 6:1 , so at 8-9 psi my fuel pressure was over a 100 psi. I installed a air valve and adjusted it so at 8-9 psi my fuel pressure was at 80 psi. I put the air valve on the line that runs to your fmu. Shoot me a email if you have any other questions.08' L76 6.0L 4X4 Chevy EXT.Cab LTZ Vortec MAX with Snug top cover, Dynomax exhaust,Hptuners& K&N intake
