If you have no knowledge on the subject then it's going to be hard to custom fab one. Just throw some juice on it.

If you have the money but no knowledge, why don't you go to a local shop and have them do it?

I intend on including EVERYTHING, EXCEPT headers which will be optional, I will include a y pipe, BUT it will be madee for headers, but can EASILY be altered to fit the stock manifolds, that will be up to you, which to use, headers or manifolds.

another observation, its gonna be kind of hard to make this thing "bolt on" . Im pretty sure some welding will be required on the install. I will go over it in more detail when the time comes....

on teh gains, that will be up to you, I mean, you will have the boost controller at your dispose, but its your engine, I dont' care how much boost you put through it , if it blows, its not my problem ;)

Thats understandable, how much boost can someone generally run safely and at what horse power. and what part are we talking about on the welding. If it's welding the y pipe cool. I can't find header's for the 3.4 i looked all i can find is rksports. Thanks so much for all of this i just really want one. I hope for the most part alor is bolt on

I know headers are rare, I eneded up gettin RKs and they are good to my surprise. I reccomend them, and yea, the welding will be on the y pipe.

the gains can be summarized at about 10-15 hp per psi in boost. now a GOOD stock engine should be able to take 8-10 psi intercooled quite nicely without a problem, thats what I will run, I will try 12 even lol. We'll see
