• What AF ratio shuld I shoot for?

Yeah.. so.. This weekend I am gunna finaly get around to installing my supercharger kit.. well.. atleast mocking it up and perhaps installing some of the supporting parts.. fuel pump.. gauges and such..

anyway.. With the adjustable FMU plates that I have, and hopefully in the future keiths software I will have the ability to mess with the air fuel ratio to some extent.. and i can meter it all with the wideband kit I will be running.. so..

I was wondering what I shuld shoot for?? any advice?

yeah.. i really cant afford to blow this motor at the moment (note: see i got layed off thread in lounge).. but I am still gunna put the blower on.. its too hard not to..

however yeah.. gota play it safe for the time beaing..

my other question as far as tuning goes is timing retard.. cuase.. the kit i have is missing that modual.. and its boost actuated..

and thats pretty much impossible via pcm tuning beaing that our pcm's dont have any way to meter boost less of out wimpy map sensor..

not too sure how i want to handle that right now..

what do you do for your kits tiago?

the MAF and FMU will cover the fuel side as long as your pump is up to teh task.

spark shoudl'nt need anythign unlessu are above 10+ psi nothing you can do other then to run the boost timing master, or use the msd dis4 programmed retard function.

I pretty much never plan on running that much boost.. i am thinking 9 tops.. after the intercooler gets in there..

                thanks for the advice though!
