Ok i got my supercharger put on and was driving it around and the most boost I can get is 2 lbs so I checked my belt to see if it was tight and have maybe 3/4 inch play in it, does it need to be tighter or what also I havent done a T/B pcv by pass and oil shot out my valve cover breather so maybe that is where i am losing my boost and I saw on graymans post 2 ways of boing it and want to go with the first one since i dont want to drill holes in my TB but my question is is that all I do cause it seems to easy like it is missing something http://home.comcast.net/~grayman99/TB-PCV.htm

God damn it. Drill your  TB.

By not drilling your TB and blocking off the hole, you've made things WORSE, since now the air has absolutely no where to go. You can't do the plug without the drill.

it not going to hurt any thing and it will work perfect even if you take the car back to stock and remove everything......... it does the same thing on doe not vent into the TB it vents into the motor bay

            no problems here.

I am getting serious deja vu.

My esteemed collegues and I are agreeing to disagree. I am only concerned that the rest of the 'don't need to drill the TB' crowd are not speaking up. Hmmm...maybe all their engines blew up.

Maybe they didn't blow up, but several have experienced the dipstick / oil problems before the plug / drill / breather. Since the stuff is so easy to do (and, trust me, not really that big of a deal, even NA) I did it during the install.

with 3/4" of play that belt could be a bit tighter too.. a 1/2" is whats called for in the manual..and i had to tighten mine like a bastard in order to see 6 psi

I plugged my TB and added a breather. No holes drilled. I've had absolutely no oil problems and am up to running 7-9 psi for about 5,000 miles.

Just putting the TB aside, you probably are getting boost if you're blowing your dipstick like that. How does the power feel compare to NA?

Check and see if your gauge is installed right or if there's some kind of leak.

With my stock TB, I usually don't blow my dipstick at 6-7 psi. But at 9 and over it does it.

I have not done the John D Wrap I was going to wait till I get a smaller pulley and belt I was going to see how it worked being stock but am rethinking that idea as days go by

Other than what I mentioned above. Do the John D wrap. You can still use your existing pulley and belt. You just need to file down your oil filter support bracket.

the reason i was asking is beacuse as 1dv6 said, 3/4 play is a little more play than i would want so belt slippage could quite possibly be the reason your are seing low boost (also adding a breather and drilling tb would help. do the john D and tb mod and id say youll be fine
