one thing i learned about the powerdyne is that you have to tighten the living SH*T out of EVERYTHING..are you using a BOV?..and what is your exhaust like?..i had a hollow cat and open muffler (borla) when i had my blower on..i cant really think of anything else to use..im not sure if you would want to use some sort of adhesive there..theres obviously too much back pressure..i would think..check out a breather..BOV..and your exhaust12 SECOND DUAL STAGE DRY NITROUS POWERED 98 A4 V6 CAMARO
www.MySickCamaro.50megs.com
Best ET: 12.82@103
Best MPH: 104.7
Best 60\': 1.75 - Stock TC

quote:
Originally posted by Shodown:
1DV6 runs 12\'s...enough said.

There are clamps out there called T-bolt clamps or something like that, that are supposed to work better than regular worm drive clamps for boost applications.2002 Silver Firebird A4
T-Tops, Leather, Y87, W68, Chrome Wheels
Bone Stock

The BOV will help a bunch in venting the pressure out to the atmosphere instead of it trying to blow off your pipes. Cheap enough -- you can get 1G DSM versions for $30 or so. (or, as I like to say, go ahead and spend $250 on a HKS one)97 Camaro 3.8L M5
Car for saleterpmotors.com Terrapin Motorsports! UMCP

If it's blowing off at 4 psi, the elbow is probably not seated all the way, or the clamp is overlapping the ridge instead of setting behind it, or the inside of the elbow is slippery for some reason...
I'd eliminate all those possibilities too.\'98 A4 Camaro v6->v8 conversion, and STS kit next
v6: 13.6 Powerdyne, 13.2 150 shot, 13.8 120 shot, 14.3 85 shot, 15.7 stock
v8(na): 12.18@113, 392rwhp
Moderator on www.mtfba.org and www.frrax.com (Road Race & Autocross)
Car pics, TN Region SCCA
