Nope won't work. Look under your hood at the intake manifold, see how much room there is above it? The Eaton supercharger is much taller than that so it won't fit under there. Now notice that the 3.8 L67 (the supercharged 3.8) is in a front wheel drive car. That means the that the way the engine sits in the car the belts are on the passenger side, not right in front like ours. If you've ever seen the Eaton supercharger, one side has the pulley, the other side is the intake + throttle body. If you put that on our cars, the pulley will be right up front with the other belts and the intake will be all the way in the back of the engine. Definetly no room for our throttle body so it would need lots of custom work(expensive) even if you could get it to fit under the windsheild.

The SEARCH feature is very, very useful when it comes to questions like this. This supercharger was put on a f-body for a SEMA auto show with the help of a lot of money and custom work. You'll find that information if you search.
