Do you have any pics of the incon setup? Why can't you just weld 2 t25's into the exhaust right after the headers?

its not the exhaust side thats hard, its the air side. it takes a lot of piping to get it back up front and i have very little room to do that.2001 Arctic White Firebird With Black Drop Top

3:42 Gears
Zexel LSD
BMR upper A-Arms
Trans Am exhaust with 3\" I-pipe and cutout
Modified intake
Mecham Hood
Trans Go shift kit
Making rear control arms and panhard

I have always wanted to go with a tubular k-member for clearance issues, then do forward swept headers to 2 smaller turbos up front and maybe have the downpipe go under the k-member tucked close to the engine/k-member then on out the back traditionally.
Anyway that's my idea, personally I never liked the incon setup but that's just me, seems a little thrown together.-Brad

the incon kits were designed to be 50 state legal, so they allowed you to keep the cats, in stock locations, something that 0, i repeat 0 other kits allow for the LS1, or 5.0
Sure, its not the best design, as i know of many flaws in the 5.0 kits, but the LS1 kits, other than oiling, doesn't seem too "thrown together" to me. Can you explain what parts are thrown together?

he's probably lookin at the plumbing going through the suspension parts and cringing. that seems to just be something people have an issue with, not that i blame them. and i have thought about the forward swept twin setup but i dont think ther is really a way to do that and im still thinking of it but i agree with slow that just going under the K seems too thrown together to me, it is my second choice. Though Shanes turbo deffinately kicks major *** and it does exactly what you are saying (but with one turbo). im doing as much research as i can and then i will make a decision based on what i feel i am up too, how much it will cost, and how well i think it would work. thanks for your input i need as much as i can get.2001 Arctic White Firebird With Black Drop Top

3:42 Gears
Zexel LSD
BMR upper A-Arms
Trans Am exhaust with 3\" I-pipe and cutout
Modified intake
Mecham Hood
Trans Go shift kit
Making rear control arms and panhard

agreed, not the best way, but rubber hose through suspension... or metal pipe under K member...
which would cause damage, if the car got full extension, and rebound, over say, a set of large railroad tracks driven too fast over ;)

there is that and the fact that the passenger side turbo is the lowest point on the car, that's all man, no offense was meant..-Brad

your right, there is not tons of clearance, as the pass dump tube is the lowes point as shown.
I didn't take offence to it, (as i had nothing to do with incon, although they were 2 miles from my house)

i think since im using smaller turbos i wont have that problem but if i do i wont do it, i refuse to have the turbo as the lowest point in my car. even if the downpipe would be even lower by doing the forward swept deal.2001 Arctic White Firebird With Black Drop Top

3:42 Gears
Zexel LSD
BMR upper A-Arms
Trans Am exhaust with 3\" I-pipe and cutout
Modified intake
Mecham Hood
Trans Go shift kit
Making rear control arms and panhard

the incon GT35 turbo's are very compact, so you might still have that problem,
