Sorry to hear about things you have been dealing with lately. The 18K/900 per month thing, is that from the military or from Social Security? Because you have a disability, you may be eligible to collect social security each month plus still work.

Thats straight from the ARMY....Im not sure if hearing aids really qualify for being disabled.
The 900 a month will actually only be 600 a month take home pay. They tax it by 27%.

I see where you got a buyer for the PD. Congratulations to you and to dreaded hope!
If the Army is saying you have to go because of a disability, I would sure think they would give you disability pay. Plus that way you would still have medical benefits too, yes?

I was thinking the same thing, Medical Disability pay and Medical coverage for the rest of your life should be what they're giving you... You might want to see the legal office since the Army didn't see fit to protect your hearing, that's a major disability that will affect your ability to hold a job on the outside, you should be getting more of your monthly base pay after separation.
