Will the stock intake be used ofr 98+ on BATMAN's ATI setup? WIll we be able to put on an aftermarket larger intake, or cold air kit? If so witch ones will we be able to use?

I doubt a cold air kit would matter in this kit. It would pretty much be a waste of money. Teh air is gonna be heated up anyways.
I don't think the kit will use the stock intake, but I think it can be set-up to use a ram-air if you have it and want to use it.
