"Reduced power mode"

Mine did the same thing everytime I went over 1/4 throttle. I changed out the MAP sensor and it hasn't done it since.

It's on the passenger side of the intake manifold back near the firewall.

I replaced it with a stock one. They are about $20 at autozone.

Was that when you were running the Stock ECU? or when you were running HP tuners?

you can try the map sensor


but there is a table in your computer that says if you flow this much air it throws a code

i know malice had this problem and I have had it happen to me once.

the error 1514 is a table of calculated airflow vs %TPS vs RPM

like a said if your are flowing more air then what is calculated then it throws the code

ie looking back at my log I was at 50% throttle at 4400 rpms and was flowing 23 lb/min = 174 grams/sec


when I look at the table at that rpm and tps its 112 grams/sec


I was holding it at 5psi at 50% throttle

then it threw the code and reduced engin power
