Mine did the same thing everytime I went over 1/4 throttle. I changed out the MAP sensor and it hasn't done it since.

ie looking back at my log I was at 50% throttle at 4400 rpms and was flowing 23 lb/min = 174 grams/sec
when I look at the table at that rpm and tps its 112 grams/sec
I was holding it at 5psi at 50% throttle
then it threw the code and reduced engin power
