  • Ram Air SC setup

I'm not quite sure where i saw this set-up...the person had a Powerdyne kit in the car, and had a ram-air hood that had a duct connected to the intake on the supercharger. Has anyone else done this, or even heard of it?

I have mine with a whisper lid and ram air kit. I have a ram air hood too but it's non-functional. It helps to cool off the engine though which is great.

If you have an e-mail I'll send it to you. I just got the pic.

which hood do you think would be easier for that set-up? The SS or the Ultra Z?

I've seen both and I think the Ultra Z is more effective than the SS. It's more up front and it gets the air alot better into the filter.

i was thinking the same thing...the SS scoop seems set too far back to be effective.
