Seems like my headunit with the mounting plate bolted on, was 25 lbs.
The other stuff (tubing, connectors, bolts, sleeves, belt) maybe 7-8 lbs.
You'll need a sturdy box, and some other cardboard inside to separate the parts, so maybe another 3 lbs for that.
Bringing it up to around 35 lbs. Then whatever the intercooler and connecting parts weigh too.
There might be an "oversize" charge if everything is in one big box. I just sold mine, and the box with the pipes and head unit and mounting plate and misc hardware was 45ish lbs.
