Well I sold my NX single fogger kit to get a direct port kit but ive had thoughts off a blower. What would 9psi with a blower do compared to a 100 shot direct port??? What would you do?

The nitrous will be quicker and easier, but I would go with the blower. That better suits my power needs. Much more than 100hp if done right.

True, but nitrous is only temporary power. A blower gives power even when you aren't pushing a button, and besides it's only a matter of time before someone actually drops to 8.0 to 1 and hits 16 - 20 lbs of boost and kicks low 11's on you nitrous guys anyway.2000 Firebird. I'd get the blower because you'd see the effects around town and on the highway as well as on the track. You don't have to push a button, and you never have to get your tank filled.1997 Camaro 30th Anniversary...M5, chrome 16\" 5-stars Goodyear 245/50R16
http://members.cardomain.com/issycamaroman

But Nitrous people can only have power with the push of a button. The blower is still there on the street where short races are usually the game. Granted you can use NO2 on the street, but it's just not practical. Power all the time is the only real power.2000 Firebird. Sure it is. Maybe not "on the fly" but when I did street race, I usually knew when I was about to go out and start some sh*t! :D

Yeah, it would be nice, but ya can't beat the price, let alone the rated hp shot throughout the whole rpm range that you're using it. A supercharger would be nice I guess if you hadn't done a load of bolt ons and such. But when you're like me and have over 6300 in performance mods prior to nitrous, plus 76,000 miles, getting a blower for my car would have been, well... stupid.
It's kinda cool to push the buttons too. Almost like a secret weapon, or "hyper-drive" or somethin'! :D

Not practical?
not real power?
I'm not going to clutter up the forced induction section with this.
Your arguement really wasn't worth my time with those responses.

Nitrous also gives you the chance to run N/A too!! It also opens up more runs on the street and the track.. You can run in the N/A races and in the power adder.. You dont have to here " I aint going to run him because he has a blower".. At least with Nitrous you can turn it off and disconnect the bottle.. Nitrouse is the ****!!Jeff ..
