Tiago, I have heard you may consider making your kit a production kit, then you may not. If you do begin production. Would you consider building a Twin Turbo Kit? If we worked out some kind of deal, if not. Would you be able to help me with plans for a twin turbo set up?
I would really rather have twin turbo than a single single i am going to use my car on the street more often.

twins are a waste of time, its just for show. cost twice as much, twice the work.
my kits are single if you wanna design a twin, then more power to ya, you can't fit two reasonably sized turbos in that engine bay easily though, good luck with that.
the belief that a twin setup woudl be more street friendly is urban legend, the only thing a twin setup has over a single is price and show , oh you have 2 turbos ;) lol
on the performance side the single amost always does better, all hte TT factory cars go back to a single for the big numbers...

Tiago, iv been doing some research on twin vs single, yes, single does come out to be alot better. As of right now im not sending any money so ill be still doing some more research.
There is room for twin, they sell twin turbo kits for the Z28. I dont know if they would work on the V6 models. most likely they would, but they cost a fortune ($6000) which is rediculous.
Your right though, twin is for show. I like things for show though
it shouldnt be $6000 though for that kit. but hey, its an import company so they want to empty your wallet if you have a domestic car. I think me and my dad will build our own kit if i cannot find a kit for a reasonable price by summer

I know they CAN fit, but like I said, not easily.
the ls1 kits can probably be modified to fit, but you would waste the custom exaust manifolds and still have to fabricate your own. Also smaller turbos will be needed.

Something I've been wondering...are you using the stock exhaust manifolds on this kit? Would you be able to use this kit with headers?\'97 Pontiac Firebird A4 3.08/open
Best 60ft.: 2.411 Best 1/8: 10.262 @ 69.726 Best 1/4: 15.941 @ 87.48
Mods: SLP CAI, Loudmouth, Test Pipe

we are runnign the stock tubular manifolds in this kit, I feel its a good base. Those that have headers though it woudn't require much modification to the exaust pipes to make it mate up to some headers.
no news yet, I just finished my college career, radcat is still in finals, so we been busy, next week, work continues.

Yup I concor...a t3 will GLADLY take a nose dive after 4900RPMs...the best bet is to start with a t3/t4 and start playing with trims...or just bite the bullet and get a small t4...

Ummm are you guys implying that the t3 will actually be a exhaust restriction or that it won't continue to produce more boost all the way up to redline?
What kinda PSI #'s are we talking here? I could stand a car that spooled to 4 or 5 PSI PDQ but couldn't spit out anymore after 3k. I can pickup a t3 for less then a bill but for a t3/4 or t4 it'll likely cost 6x that unless someone know of a car that came w/ a hybrid from the factory.-96 Birdie
-2x 87 Dodge Daytona Shelby Z
-97 Dodge Cummins Turbo Diesel

The '86-'87 turbo regals and '89 turbo T/A's came with a hybrid t3/t4 from the factory...and yes this units are expensive NEW. Pressure isn't the sole problem for a garrett T3 it is just too small although I am sure with a different or rather bigger trim it will be a very potent street unit although with a bigger trim (t3) you aren't going to outflow a hybrid t3/t4 without getting compressor inefficiency...well to a point a least. In reality, an auto and manual will have different characteristics with the same turbo...so it it really a complicated topic nevertheless...
