  • Time for a rebuild

Well my sc has finally taken a dump the bearings were loud as hell. The good thing is I have been trying to reach powerdyne on some kind of waranty since I have only had it a year with only about 11,000 miles on it. But, I am thinking of rebuiding it myself with the better ceramic bearings and then sending it to 928 Motorsorts to get the venting and shimming done to it.
Where is a good place to get ceramic bearings?
Modifications:<br />headers, throtle bod spacer, flowmaster, high flow magnaflow carsound cat, powerdyne sc with 2.9\" pulley and by-pass valve, walboro 255 fuel pump, spec stage 2 clutch, and HP Tuners

    I'd say eBay.

and he gives you the option of ceramic for $100 more

You might as well take advantage of your warranty. But then again, I've heard others complain how long they had to wait to get it back.
