  • 3.8L Turbo Update

Got some of the bugs worked out. One of the major ones being that the wastegate was stuck open. Doh!
Still have a little more tuning to do but if I can get the darn connectors to stop popping off under boost then I'll take it to the track tomorrow and get some times.
The boost starts around 2100 and its making 10psi at 3k :D
It's just amazing how awesome this feels. I can't wait to take it too the track and get some times :D

      nice!

what are you using for intake parts?

maybe want ot spend a few bucks and upgrade to supercharger parts?

The connector holding the intercooler pipe to the turbo keeps popping off. We just need to turn the housing on the turbo so it can line up better with the pipe.
I was hoping to take it to the track today but it's raining like crazy outside :(

The goal has always been high 12s on stock internals. Can't really say yet with all the boost leaks and the massive wheel hop that I always get. Before I goto the track again I'm going to get some lcas so I'm not bouncing all over the place.
