Turbo question: elbow off tb

Howdy... I was looking to replace my elbow off the tb in my setup. Right now it's the elbow from the SLP CAI(my car is a 97) and one of the two cai pipes is cut off and the hole welded.

This spring I want to replace that cai pipe with a nice polished stainless but then the diameters won't match up. Plus the cai elbow is kinda flimsy and I suspect I might be losing some boost there.

So what do you use? Where do you get them?

I'm thinking a 90 deg elbow that reduces to 3" would be great... but hard to find I imagine.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
