OK, so what happens the the brake booster line and the effect it has on your brakes when running boost......?

theoreticaly positive boost will inhibit power assist unit of the brake system. you will still have brakes....but you would have to push harder on the pedal. as soon as your foot is off the gas the boost will rapidly spin down and brakes will be normal.

    i never noticed a problem.

There is a one way check valve where the hose enters the booster. The booster holds a vacuum reserve that's good for one or two applications of the brake.

Once you get off the gas and on the brake, the vacuum should build back up again, but there is a little "lag".
