  • The GTP motor in the Firebird and Camaro

    I have a 1996 firebird y87....we are going to make a kit so you can put the gtp motor in any 1993-2002 f body with the 3800 motor. i will have the kit done late feb. if you have any questions please reply

    this kit is a intake that will make it come to the intake to the opposite side that it normally comes out.

      so your making an adapter kit to put the supercharger from a gtp in the camaro?

          I know him, and his father (who has done a lot of work on my car).

          They have a speed shop in south Phoenix, AZ. We talked about this project months ago. Steve doesn't know what "can't" means.

            Do you have to buy the whole L67 or can you just buy the kit and then find your own supercharger at say a junkyard?
            2000 Camaro, Pewter Metallic, M5 tranny, 3.23 gears, Hard Top, <br /><br />Modifications:<br />SLP loudmouth (dual/dual tips)<br />MSD 8.5mm wires<br />K&N airfilter<br />SS hood (don\'t buy from fiberglassfabricators.com!!!)<br />Spec stage 2 clutch

              you can go with the l36 bottom end I have heard. Look at the zzp l36 supercharger kit they have for the grand prix gt's. They just replace the top end of the engine to fit the supercharger

                  I'm interested in this... might be a cheaper way to do the buildup. We have a local GP board and parts from GTPS are cheap including blocks [img]smile.gif[/img]
