How much oil do you burn right now if any?

Forced induction will add more stress to the motor. You show wisdom in not just rushing headlong in mods.

Perhaps there are two main things to consider:

Forced induction will rais the cylinder compression and possibly cause more oil blow by

and two, the added horsepower will hit real hard with a super charge, NOS or turbo. question is if you feel confinant in the crank bearings. They will be taking much of that load. The L36 is very strong, however.

I can't talk, though. I put my SC on at 10,000 miles. (currently at 18,000) I would also be thinking twice about heavy mods at 100k mile.

Maybe start a thread asking for input on high mileage power adder opinion from Veteran forced induction runners.

100k is a bit high but most 3.8's seem to run past 200k that I have seen. Its a judgement call on your part, consider how well your engine and drivetrain are running right now if you have any doubts and this is your only car i would avoid power adders until you at least rebuild the top end of the motor, get a tuner, and possibly even lower you cr a little with a thicker headgasket to take some of the stress of the bottom end as well.
