visit your local hardware or home improvement store, you can find NPT fittings you will need to do this, no need to order online.

umm i think im just goign to weld the hole in the headers up..... ehy pay 9 buck for a block off plate and still worry about leaks.... little zip and zap and it will be good to go lol

ASDF, i had the same problem. The sensor on the passenger side of the throttle body...The IAT sensor or something?
No, the TPS sensor. Sounds like yours is either stuck or broken. Get a new one. I took mine off and put it back on once, but didnt ahve it in the right place. Started and wouldnt drop below 4000. Yeah David, i took that off and cleaned it and seated it back on their the best i could. I didnt get to test it though because i broke the bolt going into the throttle body.
