So, Thinking more about my itnercooler setup.

I found a place that has some for INSANLY low prices. For bar/plate itnercoolers that fit my applications.. they are made by a company called yonaka www.yonaka.com

here are the specs on the two i am considering.

    - Supports more than 275 hp
    - Flows up to 350 cfm
    - Leak tested at 30 psi

I am leaning twards option 1...

but.. option two is defiantly tempting..only $20 more and it flows alot more air..

I dont know alot about intercoolers.. so which would be a better match for the powerdyne?

also will the larger (second one) fit without pulling out structural stuff?? on my 2000 camaro??

    lets hear it..

    You will want 2.
A turbo 3.4 on a good bit of boost will eat over 500cfm, a 3800 will eat even more.
    A stock 3800 will eat 347.5cfm @ 6500rpm (with 80% V.E.).
    1 is to small.
2 is just right up to a high boost level.

Hrmmm.. The more I look at it.. I "think" I can make number two fit.. I have been shifting aroung 8.5X11 sheets of paper all night trying to talk myself into it..

but.. I want it to fit w/o taking any of the structural front end stuff out..

that is really the issue at hand..

hrmmmm.. any idea/advice from all the custom IC peeps?

You can fit an intercooler 26 inches wide in the front of an f body easy, and without cutting out all of the structural foam, or whatever that crap is that helps support the nose. And thats without taking away any real strength in the bumper too.
