  • 7psi numbers are in!!! WHOOHOO! I AM HAPPY! LINKS WITH PICS HAVE BEEN ADDED

20 passes were made back to back

The peak numbers we got after dyno tuning was

    250 RWHP
    262.8 RWT

    Average of 20 runs was:

    245 RWHP
255 RWT from 3500 RPMS to REDLINE
averaging 13.57HP per pound of boost.

Air Fuel Ratio was perfect from 2700 RPMs to 5200 RPMs

Every Run 7lbs of boost solid. NO BELT SLIPAGE

Right now we are holding off on the 10psi because Bill has decided to use bigger injectors in combination with the FMU. He felt that right now the fuel preasuure is at a safe level and putting 10psi may pose danger or reliablity issues without bigger injectors. THe injectors will be included with the kit at no aditional charge to kits sold to public

Beta testers who want 10psi will have to talk to Bill. RIght now it looks like the 4195.00 for the beta testers will be a 7psi kit. The 4195.00 price did not take into account the cost for injectors. IF they decided they want 10psi they will have to get the PCM tuning and Bill says he is going to work a special program with testers for injector. Otherwise for 4195, they are getting a 7psi kit. Call Bill for details.

Bill will be making another post tonight about everything.

alright... just to add to this.

REMEMBER, my car before this kit was only making 168RWHP and 180 RWT ( i have a pretty slow V6 NA)

A person with a stronger engine will run much better numbers with this kit. Keep in mind, these numbers were consitant with every pass and 20 passes is a lot.

lets say you have 180RWHP NA

at 13.5HP per lb of boost... with the 7psi kit you should get about 270 RWHP
with 10 psi you should get 315RWHP

On my car with 10 PSI Bill and i are looking at 300RWHP

I am very happy with the numbers.

        bigger injectors now?

how about you give us 10psi numbers before bigger injectors.. for us who will not be using them?

unless this has to be added to the kit...

there is another add on to the final price of the kit... :(

No no no, the price is not going up for the 10psi kit. BIll is including it in the kit price when the kit comes out in public. See my post about pricing.

HOWEVER, for the testers, who want 10psi, bill is working something out with them on the price cause the 4195 he quoted didn't take into account bigger injectors. Besides, with the bigger injectors and the 10psi the PCM tuning will be mandatory. All the other testers who do not want the PCM tuning will get 7psi and be running around those numbers without a price increase. Now, after testing is done and they don't care if they blow up the engine or they don't care about the waranty and want to throw a 10psi pulley on, thats up to the tester. EVeryone's car is different. Some run strong, some run weak. I happen to have a not so strong engine and i am very happy with the numbers i am gettin considering.

well, I don't know how any of you people are actually happy with that result, even at 7 psi. Maybe its just me but Im highly dissapointed. I expected this kit to solidly put down numbers to challange my turbo, so far you are quite a ways behind. :(

Maybe I am wrong(and correct me if I am), aren't the people paying the extra money for this kit, paying it for security? I am paying a little more for a warranty, something that wont EVER give me problems, as well as good numbers.

Even if the injectors raise the kit price, as well as pcm tunning, I will gladly pay just under 5 grand for 315 RWHP, knowing that my engine is safe, and that a lot of effort went into make sure of this.

Maybe I am wrong, but I would rather pay a little more at the beginning for something that works the best, and is done right!
