i know the eaton 3800 wont fit directly but if an intake was fabbed up would that be all you would need and it would bolt on, no BOV? how much boost do those run.. im curious because i found one for 100 and i think it would be cool to do something different

It will NOT fit. You couldn't even attach the TB, the firewall would be in the way.

More than likely you 'might' run into KR issues due to the design of the M90 and the L36's CR except you run low boost, perhaps the stock pulley. Besides that, you need the L67 heads, lower intake, bigger injectors and map sensor, A regrogram will also be needed...
BTW they don't use a BOV, also I believe they run a 3.8" pulley which is about 8psi of boost on a stock engineTHE ORIGINAL 3800SII turbo...<b><i>NOW SERIES-III</i></b>
