The guy that made my headers has never seen shanes kit and you'll notice the drivers side header looks identical to shanes. Does that mean I have a copy of shanes kit?

This reminds me of 3rd grade. You don't suppose that two people working on the same car might come to the same conclusion about how to mount a turbo?

What a ***. I was there when we came up with the design for this setup. We had something else in mind, but we modified a few things and came up with this design. I assure you your "designs" were never mentioned.

Lets go over the similarities... both kits go under the K. I believe thats the only one. Who did that first?

Turbo orientation, different. Exhaust routing, different. Intake, different. Up pipe in front of the sway, up pipe behind the sway. WG mounting, different.
