if this has not been covered for you in earlier post(s)...correct me if I am wrong guys...
Gap plugs to .035
Fill up with premium fuel
Do a search here on throttle body PVC block / PVC valve cover breather. (there seems to be two main ways to do this.) I am going with a threaded plug in the throttle body and a $12 valve cover pvc breather cap rather than the 'drill holes in throttle body method.'
the John_D wrap uses a 103" belt. (for 9psi pulley.) Gatorback part number is 4061030
He thinks you may need a slightly longer belt for use with a 6 psi pulley. I have researched this for dayco and gatorback...they show part numbers for 103 3/4" belts...but they are not in production/not available ANYWHERE. Net step is the 105 which you already have with your kit.
I am pretty sure I have read here that the 103 belt works...but the fit is a PITA...but real tight when on...no adjustment needed.
Good luck. Let us know how it goes. I am very interested in this topic.
