With our brake system and other components on the left side of the car, you migh have some clearance issues. Just something to keep in mind.

Please don't listen to the people that say it can't be done. ANYTHING can be done. To many times I have heard the, "it can't be done because" excuses. The Holden WILL fit. There are no clearance issues regardless what other people say.

If you have tried it, then say it will/won't work. Speculation sucks.

if you want a roots type sc that is the way to go. like a few people said there might be some cowl clearance problems but that isnt a huge deal (just gives you an excuse to get a new hood ;) ). i too would recomend getting tuning done right away. keep us updated if you go through with this.

              Dear World,
Cowl clearance issues aren't with the hood, but the windshield / wiper cowl. This can be notched, some do it, but do it at your own risk. I have pictures of two notchings.
              Sincerely,
              Wicked

If a 3.4 can do it, why not us?
That is NOT a 3.4, it is a 3.8 L36. The entire article is on my site.

It can be done using a Holden M90, but is not a direct bolt in. Do a Search there is a lot of info on this subject.

What will NOT work is the use of a GTP M90.

i say go for it. But if it were me, i would not put any boost into my car un-intercooled.

                    ^^

                    1. Why not?
                    2. Buy the GTP air-water intercooler for the GTP
                    3. Wiper cowl wont be a clearance issue. The only clearance issue I can see is how far away the blower pulley will be from the hood, as our hoods slope downward and the blower comes straight forward....

no the wiper cowl could be a problem and would deffinately be a problem with that intercooler. as for the hood, im pretty sure with a new hood it would be a non issue.
