Anyone intrested in set of custom forward sweeping headers for a turbo kit?
Am building my own kit and jegs messed up my order so I have more 1.5" pipe then I need and figured I could always make another set if someone was intrested enough.
I could probably build one sort of like Shanes kit but better flow no T to the log but a curved pipe. Or the reoute that I will try to go with each cylinder to a collector and forward.

I recommend ceramic coating, thats what Ill be doing to mine.
Stainless steel also will tend to have more problems on street cars because of the daily heating up and cooling. Stainless will tend to crack.
304 or 321 Stainless Steel will retain more heat than mild steel, however, stainless steel "Hot Parts" used for daily driven street cars, will lead to eventual cracking on the "Hot Parts".
Stainless Steel expands and contracts 5 times more than Mild Steel, think about it, a daily driven or often used street car will be started ran to 180* and cooled back off to ambient temperature 4-10 times a day will have serious expansion and contraction, it will just be a matter of time before the stainless cracks.
Turbo powered race cars use stainless for the heat retention and the professional look, but how often do race cars get ran and then shutdown?
Lots of companies use stainless steel for headers on street cars, but they are not turbo powered, turbo powered street cars will run exhaust gas temps 100*-300* higher than a non turbo powered car.
I'd also like to know what experience you have with them. I'm just beginning to research a project, and would like some examples of your work. Do you have like a CAD drawing or anything or the sort?

Are the headers for A 3.4 or 3.8 i need them for a 3.4 please let me know very interested im putting a T3 turbo on my camaro and need headres... my e - mail is not working so please post on here and let me know please
in an email he told me that the manifolds could include additional supports for your turbo.
