Ok, I just had the VS Camp, Powerdyne SC (running 5/6 psi), Crane FMU, BOV,Pacesetter headers, 3inch Flowmaster exusht, Hi flow cat, NGK plugs....AND now my mechanic is telling me my baby is running extremly RICH at 60 psi (fule pressure) at idle. As a result the car is stalling out. ANY IDEA WHAT"S CAUSING THIS??? HOW CAN I FIX IT??
Do you have bigger injectors? Because if you don't, you cant be running rich! If you are at 5-6 psi of boost, 60 psi is closer to the lean side. Especially if you are running a new cam!
I am running a powerdyne, and I can't get the damn fuel pressure OVER 60 psi, even when I hit 8 psi of boost, so it looks like I'm going to have to get a new fuel pump.
EDIT: Nevermind, I didnt see that you wrote 60psi at IDLE. Yep, thats rich, and I'm and idiot

maybe your plugs are too cold. alot of fi guys go with super cold plugs that never get warm enought to burn off all the carbons. did you dramatically lower your temperature when you boosted? most people recomend ony goin 2 ranges cooler and warming up as you get extensive build up a a rich running car. uhhhhh i think
I pledge aliegence to the flag that sits on the front facia of my camaro and to the Mickey Thompsons that make it stand two tires under torque indivisable
Well a litte more news, it seems when I disconnect the MAF sensor the car ran fine, replaced the plugs and everything was running ok, the car was running in "limp" mode.
SO I was told to get a new MAF sensor, well I just put a new one in the the car started acting wacky again.
HAS ANYONE HAVE THIS HAPPEN TO THEM?!?! It's triiving me nuts!!
I've never had my fuel pressure at 60 psi at idle before but I would check your Bov to make sure thats working the way it should be. Also check the Fmu and make sure the vac line off of it is hooked up correctly. The only other thing I can think of right now would be your fuel pressure regulator. What is your vaccum at idle?

Take the FMU off. Your not running that much boost to need it right now. If it runs fine without stalling (which it probably will) then you'll know that's the problem for sure.
