i grounded him from the track till i say hes aloud to go !!!! ;)
HAHAH well that is not fair...but
My car is done and running rich as hell.....I need my hardware parts from hptuners back to me so I can do a base tune so I can atleast drive it one time so I can log what is going on.....
Man that looks great. It looks much cleaner than the install that I did. I know that the kit is going to work well for you too. What A/R did you decide to go with?
By the way, the numbers will make believers out of alot of people. I am sure that you won't need a flame suite when you are done. Either which way, I am really glad to see that someone purchased a kit and made it work!

The a/r went with is the .88 a/r because I am doing future mods to the car to help the airflow into the turbo. Right now I am going to experience some turbo lag I believe spool about 3 grand I am guessing cause my heads are stock...and no convertor to get out of the hole and build up boost on the car as well. But when I change the internals and everything to the car then I know I am going to see little to no turbo lag I should say...but I do need a BOV so that might be a future mod as well......
Tune, Fuel, Bov, Converter, then tires........TRACK time

Hey sounds great, but I know that the .88 is what is used on the LS1 and
LT1 cars. If the lag turn into gorilla proportions, then maybe you can ask STS
to send you a smaller housing. Even with some exhaust leaks I hit full spool like around 3000 RPMs at 3psi by second gear I was at 6psi. That was on a .63 with a P trim wheel that could be used on the front as well. Still, your
kit looks great and it will give you ALOT of kick to your car.

Do you plan on a cam and head work as well?
yes...that is what I mean....if I put more airflow through the exhaust I will spool faster....and the converter will help out as well so I am actually looking through long term instead of short term
but yes if I have to go down a size in the turbo then I can do that for free........but my turbo is the gt35mm-61 ball bearing turbo so its the same size as the 60-1 and should give me good spool time...I just got to play with it
So my truck is finally getting some work done, after 17 years, Oil pressure sensor went out and it’s located under the lower intake manifold. Have to...
