I've ordered 4 pulleys from their from him a 3.12",2.90", 2.60" and a 2.25". They are all a 8 rib size pulley just the grooves are side to side not running up and down. I don't think he made that pulley if it only took him a week to get it to you. Call him back and return that one. Their have been plenty of people here who have ordered pulleys for their powerdynes and he should know which pulleys you are talking about. It usually takes 3 weeks to a month for him to make the pulley and you recieving it. Make sure you tell him your powerdyne pulley runs off the flat side of the belt.

cant tell much in that picture. it does look real fat, though. is it an 8 ribbed pulley?

i don't see any horizontal grooves on it.

It is an 8 rib pulley. I've bought aluminum 8 ribbed pulley before and just have the machine shop smooth it out for me for $50.

But with ASP you have to specifically tell them what you want. Like a 2.85" 8 ribbed pulley size, smooth out, with horizontal grooves, or grooves that goes side to side.

Different Customer Service would get it wrong if not specifically told.

For the correct pulley from ASP:
call 281-261-5811 ask for Lee
He gave me the correct 2.9" pulley. You can mention my name "Bryan Mills" and he should be able to look that up.

I think I have this same problem. I've been leaking oil onto the ypipe ever since adding my turbo...thought it was just a worn seal or soemthing but today a nitrous'd buddy of mine suggested that i have a pressurized block which is forcing oil out... this is what the 'pcv mod' takes care of correct?

Going to go search on that :)

Oh and another question. I've now done a lot of reading as to what the pcv mode does... but I haven't been able to understand how the crankcase gets pressurized without a problem such as a leak in the intake gasket or rings for example??? Can anyone explain the root of the problem that bypassing the pcv and venting the valve covers addresses??

that hole in the TB leads to the crank case. the pcv valve in the intake manifold is 'one way' but it is not strong enough to stop positive boost.
