Knowing full well that this is almost not worth the effort: is it possible to run 4 PSI on a turbocharger with little or no additional modifications to the engine?

Re: 4 PSI with no modifications?
Well, I was just curious, I didn't plan on doing a turbo without any modifications, but I was just wondering if it was possible.2000 Mystic Teal Firebird<br />Full 3\" exhaust, FRA, Aluminum Driveshaft

Re: 4 PSI with no modifications?
Tiago did his 3.4L dyno on 5psi because the wastgate was messed up and got 290whhp so it can be worth it as you said. but it all depends on the efficenty of the system. if its very efficent you could be sucking a lot of fuel at low boost and may need some upgrades. if its not very efficent you won't need as much fuel.
I have seen people run up to 9psi before they need to upgrade their fuel system.95 Firebird<br /> <a href=\"http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/673250\" target=\"_blank\">http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/673250</a> <br /> <a href=\"http://photobucket.com/albums/y217/andrewbrandon19/\" target=\"_blank\">http://photobucket.com/albums/y217/andrewbrandon19/</a> <br /><br />me on a good day------> <a href=\"http://communicatio.webblogg.se/images/wet_cat_113159625.jpg\" target=\"_blank\">linky</a>
