what i mean is that people often describe the "slippery" feeling of a higher stall on a TC. I really dont understand what is meant by that, also I do not understand the need for one outside of at the track.

Something is definately wrong somewhere...this was with the .68 A/R MPT70 right? Are you saying you could never get positive pressure when attempting to flash the TC @ the line? or you mean target boost?

cool makes perfect sense. Track time with this car will be pretty minimal, but I would like to throw some good runs together, would I still keep it at like 3500?

speaking from experance i would go no less then 3800 probly 4000 at least
and yes i DD'ed on my 3800.......
the stall not only helps at the track.... when you floor it just going down the road it flashs to flash RPm witch is usally around the stall rating....
thus your RPM come up fast and thus the turbo spools VERY FAST
in my car people wont to go from a roll.... is does not matter what speed the roll is from in my car....... i own one vett from 20-30-50-70-90 and one STI from 85 rolls and i won every time lol
the only thing is if it shifts down two gears is don't like it the much
