first off do yourself a favor and get a non-ebay turbo they are made cheaply and will fail much sooner then a more quality turbo, (i.e. mater power, turbonetics, garrett).
what do you need? Well that all depends on how much boost you plan on running, if you want to keep things cheap, run 5 psi or so. With that you just need the turbo and piping, which can be made by www.force-fed-fabrications.com . Other options would be boost gauges and boost controller, but these are not considered a must have. If you plan on running more boost then the list of mods goes on and on (heads, injectors, fuel pump, double roller timing, Bottom end (pistons, rods), push rods, cam, etc etc etc.)
