ok i have a turbosmart manual boost controller...as far as i know its hooked up right...but no matter how much i turn it up/down....the turbo only boosts to my wastegate spring rate (4psi) has anyone had this problem?? do we need a fuel cut defender to allow more boost on our cars?

Its not hooked up right.
