Need to find someone to build a turbo motor

[1997 Camaro Rs]

hey guys I have a 1997 Camaro Rs 30th anniversairy, currently it has a turbo kit on it with a intercooler and aftermarket fmu, spark plugs+wires, headers, but I need to know what way to go next? im running 7psi it made 343rwhp on the dyno but i want more... so who builds motors for these 3.8's and who is th best I live in Canada but doesn't matter if there is a really good place in the states i would send it away...

and has anyone ever blown a intake manifold gasket in there turbo car??? for some reason i blew one the other week

I dont know of too many shops, closest to you may be ZZP in Michigan. I live in Wisconsin and could do some work for you too, nothing bottom end tho. So like heads, cam, rockers, injectors, etc, a good head and cam package will get you into the 400's

you dont need a "built" motor. If you want lower compression, swap in a L67 short block and call it a day. They have been powered into the 9's with no problems. Keep the tune good and it will last. There have been more rebuilt motors fail than stock ones. If you need a short block, go to www.moradpartscompany.com and send in a request. He'll usually get back to you within a day and his prices are ALWAYS fair. Ive done a lot of business with him and he always has been good for me.

i find that hard to belive ........ one mess up on the tune and the L67 short block melts the pistons

i have not seen biult motor fail in fact the the only part that failed on mine was the stuff that was not "biult"
