What do you have to do as far as computer tuning with a Turbo setup?

Do you have to do anything to the computer in order to get it to deliver more fuel to the engine with forced induction?

I figure you have to put in some larger injectors, but I wasn't sure how the computer would handle having 7psi rammed down its throat.

I was looking at a t3/t4 with .50/.63Turbine/.57trim, running around 7 psi on a 3.4L V6.

Do you guys have some suggestions on where to find some forged internals? How strong are the crankshafts in the 3.4L? I was thinking just pistons and rods.

I'm no expert but I'm sure you'd want bigger injectors, then tell the computer you have larger injectors, make sure your MAF is calibrated right, make sure you're AFR is right, make sure timing is right and no knock. I'm sure theres alot more

but larger injecotors and high flow fuel pump are needed to flow the fuel :)
