If you were running consistent 15.0s before I'm sure high-13s are more than possible. What are the specs on your converter? It will be a beast to launch. According to your mods list you don't have aftermarket LCAs, you might want to get some to put all that power to the ground.

IT should be the 2.6" on the blower, then there was the 2.25" which looks like the size of a quarter.lol AS long as you know the BOV is closing under boost you should be fine. You should be able to rev you engine say in park or neutral and the BOV will make the ssshhhh sound. Also decelerating it will let air out.

haha read the mod list again. i have lakewood lca's with relocation brackets. i am GOING to have an adjustable panhard bar on there as well in the next few weeks. its going on the same time the 9lb. pulley is. my converter is a brand new TC from dayco. my tranny got rebuilt, the specs on that are in my mod list on the page in my sig as well.
